After what seemed like endless weeks of rain, the sun came out and shone all day. And to night 10.45 pm just as I was getting ready to go to bed - a fabulous view of a new moon slowly sinking down behind the trees.
Life is good again.
Night night xx
"After what seemed like endless weeks of rain," Almost every holiday I have every had in Wales, I have had rain. I'm sure it has it's dry days, but I have never been that lucky. Now, how does that song go? 'Land of the mists and the wilds.' Yes, rain, mists and wilds. Not much fun in a tent as a teenager, although a few 'wild, wild women' would have made up for the rain & mist! Take care (and dry)....Bernard xx
pretty! Were right there with you, our weather seems to be pretty much the same. The suns suppose to shine tomarrow which is good since were suppose to go fishing tomarrow. keep our fingers crossed.
Ah Molly, I always say "nighty night" whenever I'm staying over at my friend Donna's house and we're heading off to bed. I love your moon shadow shot - it's deep dark and mysterious. you've have too much rain and we haven't had a drop since the first of May. It's so dry here the earth has enormously wide cracks in it. We are officially in a drought. Could you please send over some rain? happy week to you Molly.
I love looking up at the sky at night and thanks for sharing your photo of the new moon just dipping behind the trees. Thank you for visiting my blog and becoming a follower. I hope that you're having a peaceful Sunday.
Hope you get some time to dry off. Constant rain can bring on the drearies.

ReplyDeleteBecky, I think drought is far worse than too much rain. Doing my rain dance for you right now and sending it over in a great big cloud xx
