I woke up this morning to find that a pesky rabbit(s) had nibbled all the centres out of my prize cauliflower plants and the pesky cats instead of discouraging them had scratched up half my prize daffodil bulbs.
My darling horse mad daughter shared this video on her Facebook page. Now I feel really old. But it did make me smile a bit though. Please excuse the naughty bits.
Thanks Molly - that has made my day -the verse is so catchy as well !! xx
ReplyDeleteHiya Jane, my first reply got lost in cyber again- don't know how that happened. Glad you enjoyed the video - they were mad days weren't they!!
DeleteHello Molly trust me to get lost in cyber - and there was me thinking I was going to be first in line - you both take care -xxx
DeleteHaha....excellent! Although I do feel older now.
ReplyDeleteWhere's it all gone? Hope you're feeling much better now Gary.
DeleteThe rabbits are ravaging my pussy willow bushes.
ReplyDeleteI've given up on them and just left them a little note saying,'Enjoy'.
DeleteThat was a trip down my mid life memory lane.
ReplyDeleteI never did get the other side of the Rubix cube
DeleteThe video was wonderful and I relived the last 45 years in a matter of minutes. I did own a Comodore 64 (husband worked for the company) and today I own an iPad. I loved them both but lately, with all the news about our electronics spying on us, I am somewhat nervous about what can of worms we have opened up. However, once the lid has been removed, it can never be put back
ReplyDeleteOn another note, Molly, you do take the best pictures.
Thank you, Arleen, I really enjoy your blogs too.
DeleteSorry to hear about your pesky rabbits and cats. Loved the video. Hope all is going well now.
ReplyDeleteHello Sue. Things are a bit better now. Hope you're OK as well xxx
DeleteI think I may have to go find my Fame Tapes, and see if they still work.
ReplyDeleteCassettes and Walkmans - hasn't technology moved on since then. Bonnie thank you for dropping by.
ReplyDeleteDarn those pesky rabbits! What were your cats thinking? letting the rabbits get away with such behaviour!
ReplyDeleteThey are two well fed lazy cats who much prefer to snooze and enjoy room service
DeleteWhat a nuisance about the rabbit and the cats aren't much better. :( Loved the video and we too had a Commodore 64, though I have yet to get an iPad. :-)
ReplyDeletePerpetua, thank you for your comments on both posts. I love hearing from you. He has been through his first chemo and has another 9 more to go which should complete by the end of August - so many people going through the same thing. My heart goes out to all of them
DeleteLOL this was awesome :) thanks Molly!
ReplyDeleteThank you Keith
DeleteHi Molly!
ReplyDeleteIt sounds funny when you said about the cats! The video is cool and I enjoyed the song. I also used to watch the series of the black car.
Best wishes, Sandra
The one little madam is driving me spare. I have a sandstone trough planted with bulbs and primulas outside the back door and she insists every morning on digging them all up. I've put thorny branches and wire baskets to protect them but she still finds a way in.
ReplyDeletegreat post
