Been hissing down all day here.
Said on the Welsh News that it was the wettest drought on record or something like that. They weren't kidding!
What's the weather like where you are?
Windy today and a bit damp, but nothing like it is further south, Molly. Hopefully all this rain will sink in and do some good, rather than just running off into the rivers.
Send it over the pond to Georgia. We need it. It was in the high 70's (79.7now) and sunny today. I walked the puppy a lot and we just returned from leash training him in the town square.
Your gnome looks so comfortable. As you saw on my blog we have had some lovely autumn weather although it is darkening as I write. Thanks for your comment.
Wettest drought it certainly is. The local weather forecast tells us "it will be raining for most of the day but with occasional showers" .... in other words its wet. Clever lot aren't they!
Hi, I'm River. I've come on over from Joanne's Cup On The Bus, to have a look at what you write about here. We're in Autumn weather here in Adelaide, South Australia. This means cool or cold nights, cool days with clear sunny skies, or colder days with grey rainy skies. The winter which will follow is not much different, just colder.
We have had a drought, but last week it finally rained. Everything is green, but we do need more of that wet, wet stuff.
ReplyDeleteI just love your header picture, Molly.

ReplyDeleteIt was a beautiful day here...warmish with blue sky and sun and all the snow we had on our lawn yesterday is gone gone gone.
ReplyDeletePissing down. (Excuse my Welsh).

ReplyDeleteHow many expletives can you cope with? OK, let's just say it's been raining a LOT.
ReplyDeleteGuess what - just down the road it is raining too - but I am so happy for my poor acers - and of course any ducks out there!! love that header pic xx
ReplyDeleteYesterday we purchased enough wood to build ourselves an ark...not sure we'll get it made in time.
ReplyDeleteLovely and sunny, but with a biting cold wind, but we are so pleased to see that sunshine.
ReplyDeleteWet, wet, wet, wet, wet.
ReplyDeleteAnd cold.
Hello, Molly. You got me with the Yellow Taxi. I enjoy your blog and I left you a little award, over at mine. Hope it's not too much trouble...
ReplyDeleteeven my hens have webbed feet!

Beautiful Autumn weather continues here Molly. The temperature has dropped and the evenings are chilly but the days are still lovely.
ReplyDeleteHope you get some sunny breaks over the weekend,
