Not ready at all. I do love this time of the year, but it would be nice to not have all the stress.
Me neither :) The sun was shining here today so a good day xx
Love it. A bit too hot for Christmas here. 28 degrees C with high humidity this afternoon. This year has gone far too fast.Trust you are both doing o.k.
Yes it has. We're getting by OK, hope things are well with you too xx
No, and I shan't be until dec 24th. Having said that, we're celebrating Christmas TODAY. My son, his wife, and baby, are off to Australia quite soon, so we've having a veggie Christmas tonight. Even the tree's up too.
No, I like to leave it until a bit nearer the time. However, I love Christmas - shock horror! Such a deeply unfashionable thing to admit to. Christmas carols, a church service, scented candles, a few extra special meals and a good excuse to dress up in fancy clothes which rarely get an outing, lots of company and laughter to light the dark end of the year. We don't go in for lots of expensive gifts but we do know how to 'make merry'. Fliss, (though you may remember me as Elaine)
Brilliant to have you back in blogsphere again - course I remember you xx
Hello Molly. Hope you are well. Christmas is special, but the build up is low key in our house.
Hi Linda. Having family round is one of the things I like at Christmas and everything (usually) all falls into place. Hope that things are well with you too.
Someone asked me in October... Christmas for us doesn't start until December, then it's open season!
Christmas in December is good.
I loved that video. That puts "happy" into shopping. I hope you are doing well, Molly, and may you have many blessings in the coming year.
Yes, I am thank you. There seems to be so much pain and suffering going on in the world right now, I thought a happy video might be nice. Hope you have a peaceful blessed Christmas too.
Just cleaning and food and mailing cards (already addressed and ready to go) left to do.
Bought cards and wrapping paper, full stop, but it usually all comes together by December 24th.
Hi Molly, the Shopping Centres are all ornamented for Christmas. I am going to clean home on December, write the cards, doing some presents because I love giving presents made by myself.Sandra xXx
I love things that are home made. That doll you made was really lovely. I'm knitting a throw (blanket) in different coloured squares. Got 14 more squares to do, so hope that I manage to get it done in time for Christmas
I remember the days when I was ready for Christmas by mid-October. Now? I'll be ready by December 24th.
In teenage years it was almost more fun buying, wrapping and hiding presents than getting them. December 24th sounds about right for me too.
finally remembered to watch that video and I love it. I'm emailing several checkout friends to find it on youtube and watch.
Hope that you had a lovely Christmas and best wishes for 2016
Wonderful video :) Dear Molly, merry Christmas!I wish you and all your family much joy and happiness!
Thank you, Nadezda and to you too.
Thinking of you today and hoping you are nowhere near the flooding.
High winds and gales, but we've been so lucky in escaping houses being flooded, though a lot of flood water on the fields. Cumbria and Lancashire have been the worst hit, some people have lost all their possessions. Just heard on the news of the terrible tornado that's hit Texas. Thank you so much for your sweet comment. Hope all is well with you over in Canada xx
I hope you had a wonderful Christmas, Miss Molly! It was gray and dreary here, but the kids make it all seem sparkling and wonderful.
Hi Molly! Today we have high winds as well and last week we had a terrible storm with a lot of flood water on the streets.Wishing you and your family a healthy and happy new year!Sandra xx
Happy New year old bean , hoping 2016 will be a cracker xxxxxxx
